Free
Next Day Delivery in the Dallas Area
We offer local delivery in the Dallas area free of charge.
Please call our office at (214) 638-2696 to determine if you are
within our delivery area. Orders placed by 4 PM will be
delivered the following day. Emergency orders placed by 10 AM
will be delivered the same day. Delivery is free of charge for
orders over $50.00. However, a delivery fee of $8.95 may apply if
under $50.00. An additional charge may apply for the delivery
and/or assembly of furniture.
Shipping
For our customers outside the Dallas area, we have warehouses
across the United States and can ship from these locations
throughout the country. All orders placed prior to 2 PM (the
time zone from which the order is placed) will ship the same day
for next day delivery. All orders will be shipped UPS and must not
be routed to a post office box. Upon request, Maple Office Supply
can ship using other freight companies to ensure that your
delivery is prompt and problem-free. Call Maple Office Supply
(214) 638-2696 with special delivery requests, and we will do our
best to assemble a logistics package to match your needs.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you
may return it for a full credit within 30 days of your purchase.
After 30 days, a restocking fee will apply. All returns must be in
their original packaging, unless the item is defective. A credit
will be issued to your next invoice, or we will send you a
corrected invoice. A credit memo can be issued upon request.
To return an item, send an email to
service@mapleofficesupply.com or call our office at (214) 638-2696 and
request that the item be picked up (or request instructions for
customers outside the delivery area). Returns are usually picked
up within 24 hours.
Special orders cannot be returned.
Payment Methods
Maple Office Supply offers several types of customer accounts.
- Credit Card Orders. Maple Office Supply accepts all
major credit cards for all purchases. Your account can be set up
to automatically bill to the card of your choice. Please refer
to our security statement regarding the security of your on-line
credit card purchases.
- COD Orders. Maple Office Supply will initiate your
account on a COD basis. All orders will be paid at the time of
product delivery. For customers outside our Dallas delivery
area, this option is not available. Please contact a Maple
Office Supply representative at (214) 638-2696 to discuss other
payment options.
- Open Account Orders. Maple Office Supply will issue
credit terms with current and correct company information on
file. Customize your account for purchase order usage and
ship-to address changes. Credit terms and limits vary per
customer. Contact a Maple Office Supply representative at (214)
638-2696 to open your account today.
Privacy
Maple Office Supply understands that you value your personal
information. We appreciate your trust and use your information
solely for order processing purposes. When purchasing from Maple
Office Supply, you consent to the collection and use of your
personal information. Maple Office Supply will not reveal, trade,
give away or sell personal information at any time and takes all
reasonable steps to protect the privacy of its users. Your
information is safe and will remain exclusively with Maple Office
Supply. Maple Office Supply reserves the right to amend or change
this policy with a reasonable notice posted under this same
heading.
Security
We work to protect the security of your information during
transmission by using industry accepted encryption software. Maple
Office Supply also uses only the last digits of your credit card
information in order confirmation applications. If you feel that
your password has been compromised, notify a Maple Office Supply
representative immediately, and we will update your account with a
new password. Maple Office Supply is not liable for measures
beyond these and indemnifies itself against all such claims. By
using this site, you agree to these security terms and its
liability. Maple Office Supply reserves the right to amend any and
all security measures that it feels will better serve the security
of all its customers.
